Breathwork & Sound Healing — 60 minutes
Overview A guided, 60-minute group practice combining intentional breathwork with immersive sound healing to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep relaxation. This class blends simple, accessible breathing techniques. The last 20 mins of the class will be crystal sound healing and silent integration for your nervous system.

People looking for a gentle but powerful group experience (no prior experience required)
What to expect
Brief orientation (5–7 minutes): Amy outlines the session, sets intentions, and offers safety guidance and modifications.
Guided breathwork (20–25 minutes): gentle, structured breath patterns led by Amy. Techniques are paced and cued for accessibility; options provided for varied intensity and comfort.
Sound healing immersion (20 minutes): The sound is used to deepen relaxation, support integration of breathwork, and encourage somatic release.
Closing and integration (3–5 minutes): soft grounding, sharing space for brief reflections, and practical tips for continuing the benefits after class.

Not recommended for people with uncontrolled hypertension, serious cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, or certain psychiatric conditions without prior medical consultation. Pregnant participants should consult their healthcare provider and inform the instructor.
